Hayo Sahabat deCODE<\/em> sudah ada yang bolong belum puasanya? Di bulan Ramadan ini sesungguhnya ibadah yang perlu kita jalankan bukan hanya berpuasa saja lho<\/em>. Terdapat ibadah salat Tarawih yang dapat kita tunaikan. Meski, salat Tarawih tergolong tidak diwajibkan seperti puasa, namun kita akan merugi jika meninggalkannya. Saat melakukan banyak kegiatan dan dalam keadaan berpuasa terkadang kita malas untuk melakukan ibadah salat Tarawih. Berikut adalah tips yang akan membantu Sahabat deCODE<\/em> untuk tetap semangat melakukan ibadah salat Tarawih:<\/p>

1. Mengetahui Keutamaan Bulan Suci Ramadan<\/h4>

Bulan suci Ramadan identik dengan bulan penuh pahala, bulan penuh pengampunan, dan berpuasa dibulan Ramadan merupakan ibadah yang istimewa. Mengingat bulan Ramadan ini hanya ada sekali dalam setahun, tentu saja sayang jika kita melewatkan ibadah-ibadah khusus dibulan Ramadan ini. Salat Tarawih adalah salat yang dikerjakan setelah salat isya selama bulan Ramadan. Jadi tentu sayang sekali jika tidak melakukan ibadah salat Tarawih.<\/p>

2. Jangan Makan Berlebihan Saat Berbuka<\/h4>

Waktu berbuka puasa merupakan waktu yang sangat ditunggu-tunggu dari semua orang yang menjalankan ibadah puasa. Setelah menjalankan puasa kurang lebih 14 jam lamanya, terkadang kita terlalu bersemangat saat memakan santapan berbuka. Perlu diingat bahwa saat berbuka jangan makan terlalu banyak, makanlah secukupnya. Selain karena tidak baik untuk kesehatan, hal tersebut juga berdampak untuk kamu jika kekenyangan dan menjadi malas salat Tarawih.<\/p>

3. Sempatkan Untuk Tidur Siang<\/h4>

Mengingat bahwa salat Tarawih dilakukan setelah salat isya ada baiknya jika kamu menyempatkan untuk tidur siang. Sebenarnya tidur siang ini bukan hanya berguna menjaga kebugaran tubuh saat salat Tarawih, tetapi juga menggantikan tidur saat kamu bangun sahur sebelum shubuh tiba.<\/p>

4. Berwudulah Disela-sela Salat Tarawih Jika Merasa Mengantuk<\/h4>

Banyak yang mengeluhkan bahwa salat Tarawih terlalu lama dan bacaannya surahnya terlalu panjang. Bukan hanya itu lelahnya berkegiatan seharian saat berpuasa juga menambah keluhan untuk menjalankan ibadah salat Tarawih. Namun jangan sampai meninggalkan salat Tarawih hanya karena alasan alasan tidak tepat. Cobalah untuk berwudu disela-sela salat Tarawih untuk sedikit menyegarkan diri dan menghilangkan rasa kantuk yang datang. Terkadang rasa mengantuk itu berasal dari raga yang sudah bermasalah sejak awal. Bekerja saat kondisi badan berpuasa tentu cukup memforsir keadaan tubuh. Efeknya akan terlihat saat malam hari berupa kelelahan dan mengantuk.<\/p>

5. Hindari Menggunakan Jejaring Sosial Sebelum Melakukan Ibadah Salat Tarawih!<\/h4>

Terkadang saat bermain sosial media sering kali lupa waktu. Menggunakan media sosial memang begitu mengasyikkan hingga terkadang kecanduan dan lupa waktu. Cobalah untuk menghindari menggunakan jejaring sosial sebelum melakukan ibadah salat Tarawih. Terlebih lagi kecanduan ini sering menyerang anak muda, jangan sampai masa muda kita dihabiskan dengan waktu yang tidak bermanfaat dan meninggalkan ibadah-ibadah di bulan suci Ramadan yang hanya ada sebulan dalam setahun sekali.<\/p>
